A few useful answers
Can you accommodate a team of 30?
Yes, by prior arrangement and subject to availability. Twelve twin rooms and one six-bed suite provide 30 separate beds. Guests share the rooms while sleeping on their own beds. Private occupancy reduces the total guest capacity.
Can we book for a week or a month?
Yes. Send your dates, headcount, preferred room arrangement and meal requirements for a quotation. Longer stays are invoiced monthly in advance unless approved credit terms apply.
Do you accept shorter stays?
Yes. Short stays are welcome. Message us with your dates and guest numbers so we can confirm availability.
Can crew numbers or meal times change?
Speak to Nelo about changing guest numbers, dates or meal collection times. We’ll adjust the arrangements where possible, subject to availability, and confirm any change to your quotation.
When are rooms cleaned and laundry done?
Daily housekeeping takes place from the morning until 14:00. Laundry costs R100 per basket and is scheduled 1–2 times per week, by arrangement. Linen is changed every third night.
What are the arrangements for rest?
Resident areas are separated from communal visitor areas. Quiet hours are 20:00–07:00; discuss specific rest requirements with Nelo before booking.
What is needed to reserve the rooms?
Rooms are reserved once the required payment is received and the booking is confirmed in writing. The company profile sets out the deposit and payment terms; approved credit accounts require a successful trading history, formal assessment and written approval.
